Essex, VT native. Business Administration student at UVM's Grossman School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Accounting. Zach handles scheduling, estimates, client communication, and is on the tools every week. He built L&D from the ground up and runs it like the business it is.
Jack brings years of hands-on property maintenance experience to every job. As co-owner and field lead, he ensures every property we touch meets the L&D standard. Detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to quality results on every visit.
